You are also agreeing to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, which protects the rights, dignity, and confidentiality of individuals seeking mental health support.

Mindhail reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services following such modifications will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.


2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Mindhail website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, audio clips, and software (the “Content”), is the property of Mindhail or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Mindhail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Mindhail reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions or if we believe your actions could harm the platform or other users. This includes actions that violate the confidentiality, rights, and well-being of others.


4. Purchases and Payments
Mindhail requires that all payments for services are completed at the time of booking. When you make a payment, you agree to provide accurate and valid payment information, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

The accepted payment methods will be clearly displayed during the checkout process on our website. Mindhail reserves the right to change, add, or remove payment methods at its discretion.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you purchase. If any issues arise with your payment or your payment method, you agree to resolve such issues promptly.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Mindhail operates a strict no-refund policy. All bookings and purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Mindhail’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service(s) in question.

We do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements or expectations, and we are not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or technical failures that may occur.

 

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. By using Mindhail’s services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi, for any legal action or dispute that may arise.

Any legal proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be conducted in English.

 

8. Modifications to Terms
Mindhail reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the website or via email, and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting.
